Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Boarding Rules / Priorities

• A boat trip is always a special experience and the XPlorer team will do their best to make it enjoyable, fun and exciting too.


• All trips aboard are always different because they depend of factors such as tide height, direction and size of the waves, strength and wind direction, among others.


• Because we consider the safety and comfort of all our customers a priority, your seat aboard will be indicated by Skipper according to the following priority: Pregnancy, families with children, people with any kind of disabilities.


• The remaining customers will be seated according to their age and physical structure.
