Highlights
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*

You can park your car in the paid underground car park (cheap and safe) on the main avenue. The car park is located 10 minutes from our stan/caravan. There is no parking next to the kayaks.
Individual lockers and a 40-liter waterproof backpack are available for you by double kayak.
Please bring a towel, water, sunscreen, and a cap or hat. There's nothing to buy in the ocean, so bring a snack too.
Come to our stand at least 30 minutes early for us to check in. If they arrive after the departure time, they will not be refunded, with no exceptions.
