Start this experience on the banks of the Blue Lagoon, located in the parish of Seven Cities. The tranquility of the waters of this lagoon and the connection with nature make this place ideal for your first Stand Up Paddle experience. Together with your friendly guide, the experience will be unforgettable and full of fun.

We begin with a brief safety briefing and will proceed to distribute the equipment. While ashore, the entire rowing process and techniques will be explained so that you can have a pleasant experience. We will kick off this activity with a fun warm-up game before paddling into the water where the real excitement and adventure

Your guide will teach you how to row properly, get on and off the board, and in addition to the essential skills of maintaining balance, will provide an emotional and fun experience. Enjoy the natural beauty, observe the panoramic views and the relaxing sounds of the surrounding nature
