Itinerary

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start on the shore of the Blue Lagoon. After all the equipment has been distributed, we will give a brief explanation of how to use the Stand-Up Paddle board and everything you need to know before entering the water

After the demonstration we take the Stand-up Paddle board and take a short ride together to gain confidence and balance in the water and then the SUP Yoga class will begin.

We started with a creative vinyasa sequence to warm up and strengthen the body. Let's stretch all the muscles and calm the mind along with breathing exercises. We will end our class with meditative relaxation in the water before paddling back to our starting point

NOTE: You don't need to have experience but you should feel comfortable in the water.

• Prior experience is not required.
