• Infants must not sit on laps
• Pick ups will be between 8:30 - 9:00 am. We will contact customers by message (trough the App) with final details.
• We will contact by email the day before the tour, trough the App, with final details regarding meeting point and pick up hour.
• Parents should bring the baby car seat ajusted to infant's age (1 to 3 years old). We only have seats available after 4 years old
• This tour has two different options, with or without pick ups. If you choose the option with the meeting point this tour may or may not be done in a minibus or bus. If you choose the pick up option, depending on where you are located, this tour may or may not be done in a minivan.
• This tour may be done in two languages. We try to avoid it, but sometimes we have no other solution.
• For lunch we provide meet, fish, vegan and vegetarian option.
• Private option it's done in a private vehicle only with your private guide. The vineyards and rest of the locations are shared with other participants.
• Normally on this option pick ups starts at 8:30 am. If we need to change it we will contact you.
  
  Please meet us at the main entrance of Bolsa Palace, on the sidewalk by the street. We will send a message trough the App with final details (pick up hour and photos of the meeting point).
