Important Information

• We advise our clients to bring water, wear a hat or cap, use sunscreen and bring a windproof jacket on windy days;
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

Meeting and Departure Point

• The meeting point is at Marina de Lagos next to the white “Boat Trips” gate in front of the Amuras Bar.
• Please show up at the meeting point and check in 15 minutes before the activity starts.

Cancellation Policy

• There is no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity starts;
• In case of cancellation by the operator due to weather, technical or other unforeseen circumstances or because the minimum number of people is not reached, customers will receive a full refund or the tour may be rescheduled for another time/day;
• Contact us by phone or email to cancel or ask about a cancellation;
• Failure to attend the activity (no-show) is not entitled to a refund and the full price will be charged.
